You know it started randomly shutting off. So after hours of being on the phone figuring it out, I got the adress to send the computer to be fixed at, in TN. 3 months later I get it back. a month later it starts doing it again. After another few months of trying to get them to fix it again(my factory warentee ended during the 3 months that they had it) I sent it away, only to get it back as if nothing had even changed. though there is a new mother board I found out that it was an engineering flaw in the speakers, which were not replaced at all. So I still have a shitty ass p4 toshiba laptop sitting on my desk not doing anything. . . such a waste. Never buy Toshiba. Really, thats almost as good as my experience with Toshiba.
